The Role
- Lead and support a maintenance team
- Manage maintenance schedules and breakdown response
- Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient running of plant machinery
- Drive performance, reliability, and improvement across the site
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00, with overtime available
The Person
- Experienced Maintenance Engineer or Supervisor from manufacturing
- Mechanical Engineer
- Confident leading teams and prioritising workloads
- Familiar with continuous process or heavy industry environments
