Preconstruction Manager

I have been asked to find a Preconstruction Manager or candidates interested in teh precon route for my client- a Groundworks/Civils/Reinforced concrete specialist.

You’ll ideally have a Civil Engineering/Project Manager background and will be responsible for planning/programming, technical troubleshooting and advice, presenting to clients/potential clients regarding upcoming projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the development of an already successful (£100m+ turnover) contractor. You'll be leading the preconstruction process and will be working closely with the Planners, Estimators and senior management team.

The package is pitched at a level that should attract the right calibre of candidates for the role and will be between (Apply online only)k- there will be the option to work on a daily rate if preferred.

Those already in a similar role with a successful track record will be strongly considered along with those looking to move into a precon role from an RC/ groundworks/ Civils background.
