Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for a part-time role in a busy, fast-moving office? Greys Specialist Recruitment is seeking a confident and detail-driven Part-Time Administrator to provide maternity cover 9-12 month contract.

You’ll be a key part of our friendly and energetic team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting vital administrative functions across the business.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism and a positive, helpful attitude
  • Support office operations with essential administrative tasks
  • Process payroll and approve timesheets with accuracy
  • Communicate with internal teams and external clients
  • Keep office records updated and well-organised (filing, data entry, documentation)
