Our client,based in Houghton Regis, is currently recruiting for catering assistants to join its growing team. This is an excellentopportunity for candidates with a background in catering & hospitality to gain long term employment for a rewarding employer.
Duties
Successful candidateswill support the team by ensuring a smooth operation within the kitchen and by providing excellent customer service throughout their shift.
- Preparing & serving food to customers
- Offering an excellent level of customer service throughout the shift
- Cleaning various stations within the kitchen
- Following all applicable health and safety guidelines
- Providing a friendly and polite customer service for all
Pay Rates
- £12.75 per hour for all hours worked between 5am - 11pm
Working Hours
- Rotational shifts of 6:30am - 3pm / 11am - 7:30pm.
- Rota will consist of working 5 shifts out of 7
- Rotas are provided 3 weeks in advance
About you
We would love for you to apply if you meet the following criteria!
- Have a positive 'can do' attitude, happy to support the team and be eager to learn all aspects of the role
- Have previous work or educational experience within the catering sector
- A Level 2 Food Hygiene Food & Hygiene qualification (Preferable, or can be completed as part of application process)
