A well-established car body shop in Dunstable is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join its team. This role offers a competitive salary of 38,000, with a performance review after six months and the opportunity for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, priming, and spray painting vehicles to a high standard
Colour matching and mixing paints for seamless finishes
Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and industry guidelines
Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
Working efficiently to meet productivity targets and deadlines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in a body shop environment
Strong knowledge of refinishing techniques and materials
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Awareness of health and safety regulations in automotive refinishing
