Maintenance Engineer

8 hours Double Days

Bedfordshire

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our team in Bedfordshire.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our production equipment runs efficiently and reliably, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) to maximise machinery uptime and reliability.
Respond swiftly to breakdowns, troubleshooting and resolving faults to minimise downtime.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
Work effectively both independently and within a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure full compliance with health & safety standards.
Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Contribute to a supportive, innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
Electrical bias with strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities, plus sound mechanical understanding.
Qualified to 17th or 18th Edition (IET Wiring Regulations).
Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
