Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a long-established FMCG manufacturer who are looking for a Quality & Compliance Manager to drive standards, maintain key certifications, and lead continuous improvement at their Dunstable facility. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you’ll manage a small team and work closely with production, operations, and engineering to ensure our processes meet the highest levels of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
What You’ll Do- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and BRCGS standards.
- Lead internal/external audits and maintain certification readiness.
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental performance, including RIDDOR reporting.
- Drive waste reduction, sustainability, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyse KPIs (defects, safety risk index, waste to landfill) and deliver improvements.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Embed Lean and Six Sigma principles to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, BRCGS, and environmental standards.
- Proven track record in HSE and quality management.
- Experience leading audits and maintaining compliance certifications.
- HACCP Level 3 and excellent communication/leadership skills.
