Role Overview

They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment, working on diverse projects from healthcare to commercial to roofing projects. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tenders.

• Support the management of project finances and cost control.

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Monitor project progress and prepare reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Contribute to procurement and contract administration.

What they're looking for

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS software

• 1 year plus experience in Quantity Surveying
