What You’ll Be Doing:

Building strong relationships with both existing and new clients and candidates
Driving business development activities to grow your desk
Matching candidate skills and personalities to live job roles
Providing expert guidance to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment journey
Developing and executing strategic recruitment plans
Contributing to team growth, strategy, and success
