This school in Dunstable is a growing specialist provision for students aged 7 to 19 with Specific Learning Difficulties and additional needs in the education and training environment. Pupils are taught in small class sizes of around 12, allowing for highly personalised learning experiences.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Maths Teacher with a strong background in SEND to join a fantastic and dedicated team in Dunstable. The successful candidate will demonstrate an enthusiastic and flexible approach to teaching, and will be passionate about helping every learner reach their potential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a SEN Maths Teacher from either a mainstream or special school background who is ready to take on a meaningful role in a highly supportive in the education and training environment.
The ideal SEN Maths Teacher:
- A qualified and experienced teacher (QTS required)
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
- Proven experience working with pupils with SEND
- Ability to commute to Dunstable.
- A positive, adaptable approach and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to playing an active role in all aspects of school life
