SEN Teacher - KS3 | Dunstable | Paid to Scale

We are working with a specialist SEN school in Dunstable that is seeking a passionate and resilient SEN Teacher to join their team, supporting Key Stage 3 students with Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour.

This is an exciting opportunity for a committed teacher who thrives in a specialist setting and is confident working with pupils who require structured, individualised approaches to learning and behaviour.

The role includes:

  • Delivering engaging, adapted lessons to small groups of KS3 students

  • Planning and differentiating lessons in line with EHCP outcomes

  • Working closely with TAs, therapists, and pastoral teams

  • Managing behaviour positively and consistently in line with school policy

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)

  • Experience working with SEN, particularly ASD and SEMH

  • A creative and adaptable approach to teaching

  • Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, confident presence

This is a full-time, long-term position to start in September, with pay to scale (MPS/UPS), reflecting your experience and qualifications.
