Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who provide award winning design services to the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Architectural Technologist to lead on a range of high-profile projects for their Durham studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
- Provide architectural design and project management services to a range of multi sector projects
- Lead and deliver on a range of projects from inception to completion
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
- Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
- Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections
- Undertake principal designer duties such as liaising with clients
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of work
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Significant post qualification experience within a UK practice
- Multidisciplined or sector specialist experience
- Strong experience in technical detailing for Architectural projects
- Proficiency with Revit is essential
- Job running experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
