Senior Architectural Technologist Job in Durham, Northeast
Senior Architectural Technologist job now available, joining an established practice with a seriously strong pipeline of projects, including heritage, healthcare, residential and education projects. This role offers up to 50,000 and flexible working.
This company was established over 45 years ago, with a large portion of its work coming through from repeat business. This role will be working alongside the building surveying and interior design teams from concept to completion of projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with building regulations
- Produce detailed technical drawings and manage project documentation
- Work on a diverse range of projects, including listed buildings and new build projects across a range of sectors.
- Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and clients
- Conduct site meetings and resolve any on-site issues
Required Skills & Experience
- MCIAT membership preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience managing projects on-site and answering queries that may come up.
