Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Joiner for a 4 month refurbishment project in a care home located in Durham. The work will focus on the refurbishment of ensuite bathrooms, working as part of a small, skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting plumbers with the installation of low-level shower trays
Strip out works
Installing new boxing and making good around pipework
Fitting plasterboard and making necessary repairs in preparation for plasterers
Carrying out general joinery duties as required throughout the ensuite refurbishments

Requirements:

Proven experience in joinery
Own tools and PPE
CSCS card
Ability to work well with other trades on site
