Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
- Running your section with consistency, precision, and pride
- Supporting the Senior Chefs in maintaining high standards during busy services
- Helping train junior team members in a calm, collaborative manner
- Getting involved in daily prep and delivering beautiful plates to 2 Rosette standard
- Keeping your section organised, clean, and running smoothly
