A specialist ground investigation consultancy based in Durham is seeking a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join their team on a variety of exciting ground investigations projects around the UK. With support to chartership and an abundance of projects to work on, this is a great opportunity to kickstart your career.

The Graduate Geotechnical Engineer selected will be working on a range of residential and commercial ground investigation projects across the North East. You'll be working on trial pits, borehole logging, ground water and gas monitoring, soil sampling and writing factual and interpretive reports.

To be considered for the Graduate Geotechnical Design Engineer position you should:

  • Have a degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Geoscience, Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering (with a geotechnical focus) or similar (MSc preferred).
  • Have a full and clean UK Driving Licence.
  • Be commutable to Durham and the surrounding area.
  • Have a full right to work in the UK.
