The Role:The successful candidate will take immediate ownership of the sales function, providing clear leadership and operational direction. The emphasis will be on aligning the team with business goals, embedding effective sales processes, and fostering a culture of performance and accountability.Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and align the sales team to deliver against commercial objectives
- Review and refine sales processes, reporting, and performance metrics
- Identify and implement quick wins while laying the groundwork for long-term success
- Coach and support team members to improve capability and confidence
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure a smooth transition to the incoming permanent Sales Director
- A proven Sales Director or senior sales leader with experience in B2B service-based industries
- Strong background in interim or transformation roles, ideally within mid-sized or scaling businesses
- A confident, structured leader with the ability to quickly assess challenges and implement practical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
