Multi Skilled Operative/ Roofing Labourer

Multi Skilled Operative/ Laborer with roofing experience require to work with leading North East Housing Association on a permanent contract.

My client requires an experienced and professional multi skilled operative/ laborer with roofing experience to join their highly reputable maintenance and repairs team.

The role will mainly involve assisting trades staff to undertake all type of work associated with building repairs, construction and maintenance on domestic properties. Experience in aspects of roofing is ideal, full Uk driving license is required.

Salary: 28,850.68 per annum

Hours: 37 per week, Monday To Friday

Location: Spennymoor, Durham

Contract: Permanent

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a multi skilled operative or skilled laborer
• Ideally experience of roofing or as a roofers laborer
• Full Uk driving license
• Knowledge of construction related tasks
• CSCS card ideally
