Search Consultancy North East are seeking an experienced Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Manager on behalf of a leading UK housebuilder. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and fast-growing residential developer with a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.

The Role
As the regional SHE Manager, you'll play a key role in driving a proactive safety culture across all housing developments. You'll advise and support management teams on all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance, ensuring the highest standards are embedded throughout operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and implement SHE policies, procedures, and best practices across multiple sites.
* Conduct regular inspections, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are completed.
* Provide expert guidance and training to regional management and site teams.
* Maintain compliance with statutory obligations and liaise with regulatory bodies.
* Promote a positive, "HomeSafe" safety culture across all levels of the business.

About You:
* NEBOSH or equivalent SHE qualification.
* Strong background in Health & Safety within residential housebuilding or construction.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Proven experience driving continuous improvement and cultural change.
