Job Title: Contracts Manager

Salary: 45-55k
I have an opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join an established Ground Investigation team in Durham. This role is pivotal in delivering ground investigation services, managing projects, and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety and technical excellence. The successful candidate will lead a team, manage contracts, and contribute to the strategic direction of operations.
Contracts Manager Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the office rig and personnel program.
* Highlight and resolve issues, both immediate and strategic, in conjunction with the Operations Director and Managing Director.
* Day-to-day involvement in all contract projects to ensure issues are dealt with promptly.
* Recruitment of staff to meet job requirements.
* Coordinate and execute ground investigations, manage contracts, and maximize profits.
* Contribute expertise to the planning stage of new projects and ensure high standards of health and safety.
* Maintain effective communication with clients, directors, and staff members.
* Contribute to and deliver management plans to enhance company performance and profitability.
