As a Healthcare Assistant you must:
- Be over the age of 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sponsorship.
- Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
- Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
- Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
- Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and social care
- 6 months Experience as a Senior HCA
The duties of a Senior Healthcare Assistant include assisting service users with their personal care, monitoring vital signs, offering companionship and understanding to patients. We aim to empower all service users to carry out everyday tasks independently.
