The role:
You'll provide dedicated support to fee earners throughout the residential conveyancing process, from instruction to completion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and preparing legal documents, including contracts, transfers, SDLTs and deeds

  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and mortgage brokers

  • Managing case files and ensuring accurate records using case management systems

  • Assisting with exchanges and completions

About you:

  • Previous experience in conveyancing support or legal administration

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

  • Confident using case management systems
