Our client is looking for an experienced multi-trader for a long-term contract within the North East. The client is based in County Durham and the work is throughout the North East.
Job description:
- Follow gas engineers after work on boiler installation
- Perform a wide range of construction tasks across different trades, such as carpentry, bricklaying, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, tiling, and more.
- Use your skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
- Follow project plans, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate execution of work.
- Void and occupied properties
Personal Specification:
- Must hold a valid CSCS card
- Must have a Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
- Previous labouring and multi trader experience.
