Branta Recruitment are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of engineers and ensure the effective delivery of electrical and building services maintenance across our commercial portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified engineer looking to step up into supervision, or an established supervisor seeking a fresh challenge.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate a team of maintenance engineers across planned, reactive, and project works.

Lead electrical compliance works, including testing, inspections, and remedial tasks.

Provide hands-on technical support with fault-finding and repairs on electrical systems and associated building services.

Plan workloads, allocate resources, and monitor performance to ensure SLA and KPI targets are achieved.

Ensure full compliance with health & safety, statutory regulations, and company procedures.

Support client relationships through clear communication and service excellence.
Skills & Experience Required

Recognised electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, 18th Edition).

Experience in commercial electrical maintenance within facilities management or building services.

Previous supervisory, team leader, or senior engineer experience (desirable but not essential).

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements.

Full UK driving licence.
