Our client based in Dursley are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administratorto join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who are passionate and focused on development to continue delivering high quality products to their clients.

You will work within a friendly and supportive customer service team processing and managing orders, dealing with enquiries and developing strong working relationships with suppliers, colleagues and supply chain contacts ensuring the customer is at the forefront of the service.

Responsibilities:

-Receiving and accurately processing orders

-Notify customers of any potential delivery and shortage issues in advance of delivery

-Dealing with customer queries, claims and complaints

-Investigating credit request claims

-Informing internal and external stakeholders of changes in demand and logistics

-Work with logistics partners to ensure stock is picked and delivered correctly

-Amend and update changes to sales prices

-Track delivery performance, identify issues and report back

-Identify potential risks to shelf life and opportunities to upsell and improve logistic efficiencies

-Ensure orders are invoiced accurately and allocated batches and weights are correct

-Analysing and tracking data

-Booking and liaising with hauliers

-Ad hoc duties may be required to support the wider business

Candidate Attributes:

-Proactive and adaptable with a "can do" attitude

-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

-Ability to stay calm under pressure

-Good telephone communication skills

Hours - Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week - early Friday finish

Salary - £30,000 + 5% pension, life assurance, company breakfast once a week, summer and Christmas socials, study support and 25 days holiday!
