My client based near Dursley are a market leader in their field and are seeking a hands-on interim Finance Manager to support the finance team through a busy period.

Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations

Assist with month-end close and reporting

Support general ledger management and journal postings

Help implement process improvements and tidy up legacy issues

Provide ad hoc financial support to the Finance Director and wider team
Requirements:

Qualified or QBE accountant with strong technical accounting skills

Proven experience in balance sheet recs, month end, and general financial controls

Comfortable in a fast-paced, SME environment

Strong Excel skills and experience with Sage or similar ERP (desirable)
