Location: Dursley (Driving licence needed)
Hours: Full Time | Permanent | Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary: 30,000 per annum + Commission


Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and proactive Account Manager to join a well-established and expanding team. This role involves managing existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities across a range of industries.This role could be perfect for someone with extensive customer service / call centre experience.

Key Responsibilities of an Account Manager

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts
  • Identify and contact new business prospects to expand the customer base
  • Promote a range of bulk packaging products to existing and potential clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and send quotations to prospective and existing clients
  • Process and follow up on sample requests efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records using a CRM system
  • Record all sales activity and customer interactions clearly


Key Skills of an Account Manager

  • Previous experience in a similarcustomer service, account management or sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven
  • Comfortable reaching out to prospects and presenting products
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications
