This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company, providing exceptional service and administrative support to a diverse client base.ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Administrator, you’ll be the hub between clients, engineers, and internal departments:
  • Manage and nurture client accounts within engineering & manufacturing sectors
  • Coordinate engineers' site visits and prepare client documentation
  • Process technical reports, customer requests, and sales orders
  • Maintain and update CRM records and technical documentation
  • Liaise with production, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Handle incoming client communications (calls, emails, in-person queries)
  • Generate and act on daily performance and service reports
What You’ll NeedThis role suits someone with experience in technical or operations support who enjoys being at the centre of a busy environment:
