Description
- Managing and supporting a wide range of process safety activities across the Duxford site.
- Driving the implementation of a sustainable process safety culture in partnership with EHS and PSM teams.
- Ensuring alignment with Huntsman's Process Safety Standards, Procedures, and Guidelines.
- Participating in Root Cause Analysis and incident investigations to identify and mitigate risks.
- Supporting the commissioning and safe start-up of engineering projects.
- Collaborating with the Huntsman Process Safety Centre of Excellence to develop and deploy best practices.
- Leading initiatives that promote continuous improvement in process safety performance.

Profile
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process, or related discipline).
- Proven experience in implementing and improving Process Safety Management (PSM) systems.
- Solid understanding of risk identification and mitigation techniques.
- Knowledge of failure mechanisms, protection systems, and their design principles.
- Hands-on experience in engineering design and optimization across various unit operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- A proactive mindset, team spirit, and commitment to continuous learning and development.
