The School and Role

Vision For Education are looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to work with young people who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH). An ideal candidate for the role of Behaviour Mentor will be someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable and have excellent communication skills. The desired Behaviour Mentor will have a passion for working with young people and be able to build rapport quickly, supporting young people in making positive choices.

Requirements

The desired Behaviour Mentor will have:

-          Experience of working with secondary and primary school aged children in schools.

-          Experience of working with pupils with SEND.

-          A passion for the progress of SEND primary and secondary school pupils.

-          An ability to work as part of a team.

-        An ability to build rapport quickly with students
