Key Responsibilities include:
Stock & Distribution Management
- Oversee inventory in their distribution facility
- Process incoming deliveries
- Conduct regular stock counts and prepare materials for dispatch
- Arrange shipments and manage Parcelforce manifests
- Maintain a clean and organised distribution environment
- Update internal systems with accurate information
- Place orders with suppliers for stock replenishment
- Handle client calls and address day-to-day inquiries professionally
- Follow up on outstanding requests with localnetwork
- Perform general office duties including spreadsheet management and correspondence
- Supportthe Norwich centre with work lists, packing lists and client management
- Is comfortable with physical work and manual handling
- Presents themselves professionally when dealing with clients
- Can handle challenging customer situations with tact and efficiency
- Possesses strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office applications
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
- Holds a full, valid UK driving licence (essential due to location)
