This operations-focused position combines practical warehouse management with client-facing responsibilities. You'll be at the heart ofmy client's distribution operations, ensuringtheir productsreach clients efficiently while providing exceptional service support.

Key Responsibilities Hands-On Distribution Management (60%)
  • Oversee and manage inventory inthe distribution facility
  • Process incoming deliveries of boards and posts efficiently
  • Conduct regular stock counts and prepare materials for dispatch
  • Arrange shipments and manage Parcelforce manifests
  • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient distribution environment
Service Support (40%)
  • Updatethe internal systems with accurate information
  • Handle customer queries professionally via phone, live chat and email
  • Process and place orders with suppliers for stock replenishment
  • Provide responsive customer service to clients, addressing day-to-day inquiries
  • Follow up on outstanding requests with localsuppliers
  • Assistthe Norwich centre with work lists, packing lists and client management
  • Perform general administrative duties as required
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support the team with occasional driving duties
  • Take on general ad hoc tasks as business needs require
The Ideal Candidate
  • Is comfortable with physical work and regular manual handling
  • Presents themselves professionally when dealing with clients
  • Can handle challenging customer situations with confidence and tact
  • Possesses strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office applications
  • Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
  • Holds a full, valid UK driving licence (essential)
