Production Support Administrator - 12 months temporary contract
  • Annual Salary: Day rate

Are you immediately available and looking for a long term temporary position working within a collaborative team? An exciting role has arisen for a Production Support Administrator to join a team in East Grinstead. This role is crucial in supporting customers, working closely with workshop supervisor, workshop coordinator and team leaders to ensure the smooth operation of all production activities. This is an office-based role that requires excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.

Day-to-day duties of the role:
  • Assist the Workshop and Training Centre Coordinator in daily operations.
  • Process tickets in SAP for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
  • Produce service quotations and order parts for various products.
  • Ensure tickets are complete and ready for a Warranty Claim.
  • Create purchase orders and place orders for different workshop requirements.
  • Maintain updated spreadsheets as required.
  • Prepare paperwork for incoming parts
  • Request and track incoming parts.
  • Communicate effectively with other business units.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent attention to detail, well-organised, and capable of accurate data entry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and email.
  • Competence in writing business letters and emails.
  • Ability to work well as part of an efficient and agile team.
  • Good understanding/appreciation of Health & Safety.
  • On-the-job training will be provided for SAP and other internal business systems
