Architect Job in East Grinstead. Take ownership of a flagship high-end residential scheme in Kensington, leading concept and technical delivery on a complex, long-term project within a respected and growing architectural practice.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a high-end residential project with a focus on Stage 4 technical delivery
- Take responsibility for technical leadership
- Produce and oversee detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
- Coordinate external consultants and work closely with client and contractor teams
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- ARB-registered Architect
- Strong UK residential experience, ideally within high-end or luxury-led schemes
- Proven background in Stage 4 and technical delivery
- High level of Revit proficiency
- Confident project lead able to manage complex projects independently
- Sound understanding of UK building regulations and compliance frameworks.
What you get back
- Salary of 50,000 - 60,000 depending on experience
- 7.5-hour working day
- Flexible start and finish times between 7am-7pm
- Core hours of 10am-4pm
- Hybrid working with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote
