Campaign & Brand Manager (Maternity Cover) Location - East Grinstead Salary £38,000 - £40,000Purpose:Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, member acquisition, and bookings. Champion the brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent and impactful representation.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Manage paid media campaigns (PPC, paid social, digital display) with media agencies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and report on ROI.
- Track brand health, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Uphold brand guidelines and support IP protection.
- Ensure compliance with advertising and data regulations.
Skills & Experience -
- Background in brand, campaign, or product marketing (preferably in travel or leisure).
- Strong experience with paid media and agency collaboration.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with budget management experience.
- Poficient in Google Suite; CIM qualification or equivalent is a plus.
