Full time, 37.5 hours (Monday-Friday, flexible shifts to cover between 9.00 - 18.30)

We're looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join a professional, high-end organisation - someone who thrives on creating a welcoming atmosphere, building trust, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service from start to finish.
In this front-of-house position, you'll play a key role in managing the customer journey - greeting visitors, coordinating appointments, and offering clear, reassuring communication at every step. Your goal is to ensure each individual feels supported, informed, and well looked after throughout their experience.
What you'll be doing:
Providing a warm, professional welcome and first impression
Managing the full customer journey from arrival through to departure
Coordinating handovers between teams to ensure a seamless experience
Sharing information clearly and confidently to help customers make informed decisions
Handling bookings, payments, and follow-up communications
Maintaining a calm, polished reception area that reflects company standards
What we're looking for:
A confident, personable communicator with a genuine passion for people
Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
Naturally empathetic and professional under pressure
Previous experience in a customer-facing or coordination role (retail, hospitality, or corporate environment)
IT-literate with strong administrative skills
Flexible to work varying shift patterns and travel between sites if required
