Who We're Looking For:

  • Motivation to work with children and young people.
  • A positive attitude, emotional resilience, and strong communication skills.
  • Level 3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential - the school will support you to achieve this.
  • Willingness to complete enhanced DBS clearance and full compliance checks (essential).
  • Would suit candidates who come from a TA, LSA, INA role previously, or if you have been care worker, support worker, youth worker or have supported children and young adults and a different setting previously.
