What you will be doing:

Provide classroom support to teachers and students.
Work closely with students, including those with emotional, behavioural, or social communication needs.
Assist with preparation for lessons and ensure a positive learning environment.

Who We're Looking For:

Motivation to work with children and young people.
A positive attitude, emotional resilience, and strong communication skills.
Level 3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential - the school will support you to achieve this.
Willingness to complete enhanced DBS clearance and full compliance checks (essential).
Would suit candidates who come from a TA, LSA, INA role previously, or if you have been care worker, support worker, youth worker or have supported children and young adults and a different setting previously.
