Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, internal databases, and direct outreach
Building and nurturing relationships with skilled professionals
Creating and managing strong candidate pipelines
Supporting the team with live roles and market insight
Asking insightful questions and always looking to learn more
Potential to take on vacancies directly and gain client exposure as you grow
