Your Role Day-to-Day:

  • Provide general support in the classroom under the guidance of the teacher
  • Work closely with small groups of pupils to reinforce learning
  • Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
  • Support children during lessons, break times, and school outings
  • Assist in preparing learning materials and maintaining the classroom
  • Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being
  • Drive the school van or your own vehicle for school activities when required

What We're Looking For:

  • Enthusiasm for working with children and helping them grow
  • Previous experience with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
  • Willingness to learn and undertake training on the job
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle required
