Responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Negotiator
- Learning to deal with Landlord and Tenant inquiries, answering phone calls and emails
- Preparation of lettings particulars
- Arranging /conducting property viewings
- Negotiating lets through to move in
- Providing Applicants and Landlords with regular feedback
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Generating T&Cs
