As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be working with a high-performing team, whether you are currently recruiting in marketing or looking to transition into a more creative, fast-moving sector within recruitment this is your chance.
What You Will Be Doing:

Building and managing your own Marketing desk

Sourcing top-tier marketing talent across digital, brand, comms, and content

Managing the full recruitment cycle from briefing to placement

Developing strong, consultative relationships with clients and candidates

Working closely with a collaborative team who celebrate each other’s wins

Proven 360 recruitment experience (ideally 2+ years)

A genuine interest in Marketing and the Creative industry

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
