Pay/rate: £130 - £200 per day (dependent on role)

Your role
At term time teachers we are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Mathematics Teacher to join our agency team to teach within a successful Mathematic Department in East Grinstead. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to children's mathematical academic progress.
Your responsibilities
- Plan and mark work timely, producing feedback to the children to support their academic progress.
- Teach in line with the mathematics curriculum to secondary school pupils.
- Encourage curiosity, analytical thinking and problem solving within mathematics.
- Monitor children's development and assess their ongoing progress.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Mathematics in UK secondary schools.
- Excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom control.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing.
