Position: Service Coordinator
Location: East Grinstead
Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday

The Role:


This is a varied and fast-paced position, supporting the coordination of day-to-day operations across a range of ongoing jobs and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, managing incoming enquiries, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and delivery. This role plays a vital part in keeping projects on track and maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries
  • Prepare quotes and follow up on outstanding proposals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and allocate resources for jobs and projects
  • Support with setting up new client accounts and processing orders
  • Ensure accurate documentation is maintained for each project
  • Support compliance and contribute to ongoing process improvements

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong telephone manner and previous experience in customer service
  • Good IT skills across Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
