This is more than just a job, it’s a genuine opportunity to join a company that places just as much focus on supporting its staff as it does its residents. You’ll be part of a provider known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and compassionate leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating a dedicated care team
• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards
• Managing budgets, rotas, occupancy, and recruitment
• Ensuring full regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
• Building strong relationships with staff, families, and external professionals

What we’re looking for:

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
