Fire Protection Operative
Location: Based in Bathgate (EH48 2FX) – Work primarily in the Central Belt, with occasional travel across the UK
Salary: £12 – £15 per hour, depending on experience
Contract: Full time, Permanent – We are open to part-time and apprentice applicants

Our Fire Protection division is expanding, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Firestopping Operatives!
Whether you're experienced in passive fire protection or looking to start a new career, we offer full training, industry-recognised certifications, and the opportunity to work on exciting projects across the UK!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installing a range of passive fire protection systems to high standards
- Ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines
- Collaborating with site managers, supervisors, and other trades
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
- Following health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Good problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 3 National 5s (or equivalent), including Maths or Science and a technical subject
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Driving licence preferred
- Flexible approach to working hours and travel
