This school is looking for a dedicated School Administration Assistant to join their team and contribute to the smooth functioning of their school community.Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks to support the school's operations.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and leadership teams.
  • Handle enquiries from students, parents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Maintain accurate records and data, including attendance and student information.
  • Support the creation of newsletters, reports, and school communications.
