Description

As the Legal Cashier, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage client and office account transactions in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Ensure accurate processing of payments, receipts, and transfers.
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Maintain accurate financial records and provide regular updates to the finance team.
• Assist with month-end processes and reporting requirements.
• Support the preparation of VAT returns and other statutory requirements.
• Handle queries from clients and colleagues regarding financial matters.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures.

Profile

A successful Legal Cashier should have:

• Previous experience in a similar role within professional services.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and cashiering practices.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
