This top 500 and well established Law firm with offices in East Sussex are looking to recruit a Corporate/M&A Solicitor to work with a Commercial Partner and a newly qualified Solicitor, based in their Eastbourne office.
Ideally the suitable candidate with 4-5 years PQE, salary is negotiable depending on experience, plus the company offer excellent benefits and working conditions.
The department deal with:
Acquisitions and disposals.
Management buyouts and buy-ins
Corporate governance
Private equity investments
Administration sales/purchases
Corporate Restructuring
Shareholder agreements
Joint ventures
IT Licensing support and maintenance agreements
Agency and distribution agreements
Bespoke commercial contracts
Intellectual Property agreements/contracts/licences etc. (not trademarks or patent applications)
