Description

• Manage and maintain the company's credit control processes to ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies effectively.
• Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments in a professional manner.
• Prepare and distribute regular financial reports for internal review.
• Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline credit-related tasks.
• Assist in setting up new customer accounts and conducting credit checks.
• Monitor outstanding balances and escalate issues where necessary.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit control processes.
