An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planner Support Specialist to join a well-established SJP Practice near Eastbourne. If you’re looking to advance your career in a professional and client-focused environment, this is the role for you. You’ll play a pivotal role in assisting advisers with paraplanner duties, including conducting in-depth client reviews, preparing financial planning reports, and offering valuable technical support.

The firm offers a wide range of services, including intergenerational wealth transfers, school fees planning, retirement strategies, and property financing. Their client base spans assets between £50k to £10 million in AUM, giving you the chance to work on diverse and rewarding projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist advisers by providing paraplanner support on technical areas such as Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and investment strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive client reviews, preparing financial planning reports and delivering valuable insights.
  • Provide paraplanner assistance in creating tailored solutions based on clients’ financial objectives.
  • Ensure all reviews and recommendations are accurate, compliant, and aligned with the firm’s high standards.
  • Maintain exceptional client service, managing ongoing relationships and facilitating smooth communication between advisers and clients.
